ESA opens applications for its 2027 student internships

Applications for ESA’s 2027 student internship programme are open, the agency announced on 2 November. Opportunities cover engineering, science and information technology as well as economics, business and social sciences.

Applicants may submit applications for up to two opportunities. They must remain enrolled at university throughout the placement and satisfy the nationality requirements listed in each vacancy. ESA says the programme is ideally suited to students near the end of a master’s degree.

The individual vacancies on the agency’s jobs website specify the tasks and required background. Opening applications does not guarantee selection or create automatic eligibility for every student; candidates need to check the conditions of their chosen placement.
